Full Stack Engineer

Position: Software Engineer II (Full Stack – C# .NET / ASP.NET)

Work Shift and Location: Remote | Midshift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM) l Monday-Friday

Work Set-up: Project-Based Role (High potential to transition to Full-Time based on performance)

We’re looking for a Software Engineer II who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and is passionate about delivering impactful solutions in the Human Services space. What You’ll Do

• Own features end-to-end — design, development, testing, and release
• Build and maintain scalable applications using C# .NET / ASP.NET and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Develop and enhance REST APIs and cloud-based solutions (AWS or Azure)
• Optimize SQL databases and data models for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural discussions
• Drive continuous improvement in usability, scalability, and performance

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience with C# .NET
• 5+ years of JavaScript development (React, Vue, or similar frameworks)
• 5+ years of AWS or Azure cloud experience
• Strong SQL and relational database expertise
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, OOP, SOLID, DRY principles
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Classic ASP / VB Script background (required)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
