🚀 Role Summary

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, architect, and deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance web applications end-to-end. You’ll work across the full technology stack—frontend, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure—to build features from concept to deployment. You will collaborate closely with architects, product managers, designers, and engineering leadership to build world-class user experiences and robust backend systems.

In this role, you will take ownership of architectural decisions, lead engineering initiatives, mentor developers, and uphold best coding and design practices across the team.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with architects and technical leaders to understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead a team of developers through New Product Introduction (NPI), from design to deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code that aligns with project standards and goals.
• Build performant APIs, intuitive UIs, and efficient backend systems using modern technologies.
• Execute in a fast-paced environment, delivering features aligned with release timelines.
• Evaluate and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work across the Agile development lifecycle, ensuring clear inputs, outputs, and iteration processes.
• Participate in design and code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Advocate for scalability, best practices, and engineering excellence, including thorough testing strategies.
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements and evolving technologies.
• Approach problem-solving with ownership, curiosity, and a strong go-getter mindset.

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have 4-7 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Are strong in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular).
• Have deep backend experience using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go.
• Understand microservices, API design, system architecture, and cloud-native development.
• Work comfortably with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Have strong skills in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Communicate clearly and work well in cross-functional teams.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy owning complex technical challenges.

• Have experience leading teams or mentoring junior engineers.
• Have worked in early-stage product startups.
• Understand Docker/Kubernetes and production-grade deployments.
• Have contributed to system design discussions and architectural planning.
