About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join a team focused on building next-generation agent-based AI systems and automation solutions. This role involves designing and deploying scalable AI architectures powered by LLMs, with a strong emphasis on agentic AI, RAG systems, and knowledge-driven applications.

You will work on developing intelligent systems that can reason, retrieve, and act across enterprise data sources, integrating AI models with real-world applications through APIs and cloud-native services.

The role requires hands-on experience building production-grade AI solutions, including microservices deployed in cloud environments, and working with modern AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience
• Experience developing Agentic AI solutions, including agents and process automation
• Hands-on experience with RAG and Knowledge Graphs for content and knowledge management
• Experience building AI semantic layers
• Experience developing and maintaining agent-based frameworks
• Knowledge of agent integrations via APIs and MCP
• Experience with Azure Foundry and Copilot Studio
• Experience deploying AI microservices using Kubernetes and Docker
• Advanced level of English and Spanish (C1)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions focused on agent-based architectures
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and knowledge management systems
• Develop and maintain scalable AI services and microservices in cloud environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Integrate AI models and agents with internal and external systems via APIs
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of AI solutions in production
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, especially in agentic systems and automation
