Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with experience in procurement and intake platforms (especially Zip). This role focuses on improving procurement processes, building workflows, and working with different teams to automate and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on procurement intake platforms (Zip) and configure workflows
• Build and manage intake forms, automation, and system integrations
• Improve procurement processes and workflows
• Work with teams like Legal, Security, and Audit for compliance
• Set up governance and process standards
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation
• Support user training, adoption, and change management
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure smooth communication

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in procurement or intake platforms
• Hands-on experience with Zip (procurement tool)
• Knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) systems
• Experience with workflow automation and API integrations
• Understanding of procurement lifecycle and transformation
