Product Designer (UX/UI)

At Codelinear, we build thoughtful digital experiences that solve real problems. We’re looking for a Product Designer who combines strong visual design skills with user-centered thinking to create products people love to use.

As a Product Designer, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to shape intuitive, elegant, and impactful experiences across our products.

What You’ll Do

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product experiences from concept to launch.
2. Conduct user research and translate insights into meaningful design decisions.
3. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
4. Design clean, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile products.
5. Develop and maintain design systems, specifications, and documentation to ensure consistency.
6. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals.
7. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
8. Advocate for users and contribute to building exceptional customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

1. 1-3 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful product design and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
4. Experience with user research, usability testing, and interaction design.
5. Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, layout, and color systems.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Familiarity with agile product development is a plus.
9. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
