What You’ll Do (Contract)

As a No-Code Application & Model Builder, you’ll play a key role in designing thoughtful, scalable solutions on the Codeless ONE platform. This role isn’t just about building apps—it’s about understanding real user needs, collaborating across functions, and delivering high-impact solutions without writing a line of code.

We’re looking for someone who’s solution-driven, naturally curious, and an expert in understanding people through structured interviews and collaborative exploration. You'll work closely with stakeholders, clients, and our internal team to shape and ship applications that matter.

This is a contract, remote role—ideal for independent builders or professionals seeking flexibility. However, for the right candidate, there is a strong opportunity to transition into a full-time position as we continue to grow our team and product ambitions.

Core Responsibilities

Application & Solution Development

• Build no-code applications using Codeless ONE, translating real-world business needs into intuitive digital workflows.
• Design smart, user-friendly interfaces and data flows—without ever touching code.
• Ensure every build aligns with core business objectives and can scale as needs grow.

Customer Success & Relationship Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients post-deployment, ensuring satisfaction, adoption, and value realization.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and platform usage.
• Serve as the first line of support for issue resolution and feedback collection.
• Monitor usage patterns and proactively engage clients to support retention and expansion.

Data Modeling & Workflow Design

• Architect clean, logical data models that support both user experience and backend efficiency.
• Map and model complex business rules into elegant, maintainable workflows.

User Discovery & Problem Solving

• Lead user interviews and discovery sessions to uncover root problems, needs, and goals.
• Translate insights into actionable requirements and product ideas.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work hand-in-hand with sales, product, and client teams to iterate and refine solutions.
• Co-design and co-create with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding at every step.

Testing & Iteration

• Conduct testing and validation of applications to ensure performance and reliability.
• Proactively troubleshoot and improve applications based on user feedback.

Enablement & Documentation

• Create clear, user-friendly documentation and training resources to support client adoption.
• Train users and internal teams on solution functionality and best practices.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up-to-date on Codeless ONE’s feature updates, and leverage new capabilities in your solutions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and advocate for usability and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 4+ years of experience in application or workflow building using no-code/low-code platforms or relevant experience customizing out-of-box software solutions
• Strong analytical thinking and a love for building clean, practical solutions
• Experience working directly with clients or end-users
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Excellent User Interview skills
• Self-driven, organized, and adaptable in remote work environments

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with API integrations, SaaS tools, or process modeling
• Requirements Gathering experience
• Exposure to UX/UI design or agile workflows
• Understanding of data modeling and business logic design
• Background in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Technology (preferred, not required)

Engagement Details

• Type: Remote, Contract
• Location: Global (flexible across time zones)
• Hours: ~40hours per week/opportunity to convert to FTE
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, with potential for bonuses based on client success
