About Codefend
Codefend is a cybersecurity platform that connects companies with professional ethical hackers. Through our app, users scan their applications, detect vulnerabilities, and receive expert help to resolve them.
We’re developing the new version of our platform and are looking for someone with visual judgment, UX thinking, and practical sense.
🧭 What We’re Looking For
Someone who doesn’t just design beautiful screens, but understands how a product flows, how users behave, and how real interfaces are built. We want you to bring vision, structure, and meaningful creativity.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Translate PSD files into clean, scalable structures in Figma.
- Organize every element well: AutoLayout, reusable components, clear naming.
- Identify errors, duplications, missing states, or flow inconsistencies.
- Propose visual or functional improvements, always with the real user in mind.
- Design new components from scratch (modals, errors, forms), without templates.
- Collaborate smoothly with the technical team: design with development in mind.
🚀 What We Value Highly
- Previous experience designing real products (not just Dribbble).
- Ability to spot and improve friction in user flows.
- Visual precision: tiny differences in color, radius, shadow, spacing.
- Big-picture thinking + love for detail.
- Proactivity to add business value through design.
- Good communication, eagerness to learn, and openness to technical feedback.
🧰 Technical Requirements
- Advanced Figma skills.
- Basic knowledge of design applied to development (HTML/CSS, React optional).
- Experience with Photoshop to handle PSDs.
- High-resolution monitor and trained eye.
- 3+ years of real UI/UX design experience.
🌎 Inclusion & Diversity
In equal technical conditions, we will prioritize:
- Women.
- Candidates from Latin America.
- Candidates from India and nearby regions.
💸 Terms
- Freelance, 100% remote.
- Payment after final quality approval.
- Payment method: cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, or USDC).
- Daily communication and feedback via Discord.
📌 Do Not Apply If...
- You use templates and can’t build your own components.
- You don’t work with AutoLayout or know how to organize Figma properly.
- You don’t have an eye for visual precision.
- You can’t explain your design decisions.
- You don’t have at least 3 years of real UI/UX experience.
Once selected, we’ll share the project materials and your first technical challenge.
