About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join a strategic digital initiative in the financial services sector, delivered through a leading global consultancy and staffed by Code.Hub. You will work on a high-visibility project aimed at redefining user experiences for a modern digital product in a fast-evolving financial environment.

As part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, you will be responsible for delivering intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling mobile-first designs that drive user satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly, functional, and visually compelling interfaces for a mobile-first digital product.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Work collaboratively in agile teams with product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in user research and apply insights to refine and optimize UX.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand and product guidelines.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a scalable design system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio highlighting mobile-focused work.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating across diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills in English (Greek is a plus).
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, user-friendly experiences.
