Our client, a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS company, is on a mission to simplify subscription service delivery for IT Distributors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Their platform enables partners to automate operations, integrate seamlessly, and scale efficiently in today’s dynamic subscription economy.
To support global growth and enhance the execution of their go-to-market (GTM) strategy, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Lead to drive product positioning, generate customer demand, and accelerate revenue growth.
Role Overview
The Product Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company communicates the value of its product to the market. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials. This role requires a blend of market intelligence, product marketing expertise, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the GTM roadmap and lead the execution of product and feature launches.
- Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging frameworks that communicate unique product value to multiple customer segments.
- Define and refine customer personas to guide marketing outreach, sales efforts, and product strategy.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide strategic marketing and product decisions.
- Identify market opportunities, stay current on industry trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize product strategy.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create impactful sales enablement materials.
- Deliver tools such as use cases, success stories, battlecards, FAQs, and objection-handling guides to ensure sales teams are equipped to drive conversions.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints and communication channels.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of hands-on Product Marketing experience in SaaS, with expertise in e-commerce, CRM, billing, or subscription management platforms.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a Product Marketing team.
- Proven success in owning and executing GTM strategies and product launches.
- Strong ability to craft product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
- Fluency in English with exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
- A natural leader who fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth within a high-performing team.
