A growing technology company in the Zurich area is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to take technical ownership across several business-critical systems and help guide a highly skilled engineering team.

They are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer with a strong background in software architecture, infrastructure and hands-on development who enjoys improving complex technical environments.

About the Role

You will take a leading role across development and architecture while coordinating technical work across multiple engineers. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will remain hands-on with the code while improving existing systems, reducing technical debt and building a more scalable and maintainable software environment.

The position combines hands-on engineering with architecture, technical decision-making and team coordination, making it ideal for a Lead Software Engineer who wants technical ownership without moving away from development.
