We are hiring for a USA-based company for a full-time remote job.
We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional to define, deploy, and manage marketing strategies across a portfolio of 11 brands. You will turn business goals into campaigns, compelling content, and lead-generation funnels that produce measurable results.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will own strategy and execution, develop messaging and content, and manage a dedicated graphic designer who will bring your creative vision to life.
Fluent spoken and written English is required.
Agency experience and demonstrated success managing multiple brands or client accounts are strongly
preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each brand’s audience, positioning, and growth goals.
- Manage priorities, campaign calendars, and deliverables across 11 brands.
- Research customer needs, competitors, and market opportunities to shape messaging and offers.
- Write and develop content for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and lead magnets.
- Create video ad concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards, and calls to action for Meta campaigns.
- Build, launch, and optimize lead-generation funnels using GoHighLevel, including landing pages, forms, email and SMS follow-up, workflows, and CRM pipelines.
- Plan, deploy, and optimize paid advertising on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Use AI tools where appropriate to support research, strategy, content development, testing, and execution while maintaining accuracy and brand quality.
This role is accountable for driving measurable revenue growth across all 11 brands. Performance will be evaluated for each brand individually, with three core KPIs:
- Marketing-Generated Revenue: Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue from customers acquired through marketing campaigns, content, and lead funnels. Track actual sales revenue—not just leads or engagement.
- Revenue Growth by Brand: Increase marketing-generated revenue for each brand against an agreed baseline, accounting for seasonality. Establish brand-specific growth targets so strong results from one brand do not mask underperformance elsewhere.
- Return on Marketing Investment: Increase revenue generated per dollar of marketing spend while meeting agreed profitability requirements. Include advertising, creative production, marketing tools, and allocated team costs when evaluating performance.
