About the Role: This role is focused on leading a brand and demand generation transformation within the company.
Responsibilities:
Brand & Positioning
Lead a company-wide brand refresh to refine market positioning and messaging.
Develop a cohesive brand story that resonates with CIOs, CFOs, and operations leads across UHNW wealth, family offices, and institutional allocators.
Oversee development of all core brand materials and collateral.
Full-Funnel Marketing Execution
Own the marketing strategy across digital, content, campaigns, and events.
Launch and optimize demand generation programs that directly fuel the sales pipeline.
Partner with sales on lead scoring, nurture journeys, and campaign alignment.
Market Visibility & Influence
Elevate the company’s presence through PR, partnerships, and thought leadership.
Build visibility through media, conferences, and industry organizations.
Track performance and adjust messaging and spend in real time.
Team Building & Leadership
Grow and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and client success.
Manage the marketing budget and demonstrate ROI through analytics and reporting.
Qualifications: 8–12 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or WealthTech. Prior experience in brand storytelling, demand gen, and sales-marketing alignment. Strong knowledge of marketing tech stacks and performance-based marketing. Background working with or marketing to family offices, RIAs, or institutional investors a strong plus. Hands-on, strategic, and adaptable—you’re as comfortable building a plan as executing it.
