Our client, a national pharmaceutical advertising agency, is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer for a contract role through the end of the year. This position is primarily remote, and will support a 35/40 hours of work per week.
Role Overview:
The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and executing high-quality print and digital materials that are both visually engaging and strategically sound. Projects often involve pharmaceutical market access, pricing, reimbursement, and business development communications—with a strong focus on layout, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
You’ll work closely with a small creative team and collaborate across disciplines, taking ownership of multiple projects across different brands simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute creative deliverables including print/digital layouts, infographics, icon/logo design, and web/email assets
- Ensure work meets brand standards, communicates clearly, and is delivered on time
- Prepare art and print files; source and edit images as needed
- Present work internally and occasionally to clients
- Attend meetings (mostly remote, some on-site if needed)
- Maintain working knowledge of pharma-specific terminology and processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on design experience; strong portfolio required
- Expertise in print and digital media; strong layout and infographic skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign; skilled in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- HTML/email development experience a plus
- Experience in pharma, healthcare, or medical device industries is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, or related field
