The Role: An emerging creative leader who moves easily between worlds—digital, physical, and everything in between. As Design Director, you’ll shape how our brand comes to life wherever it lives: in-store, online, in-hand, and on-screen. Whether it’s an eye-catching retail display, a scroll-stopping ad, or a landing page that just flows, you’re there to bring smart design thinking and serious visual magic. If you geek out over brand systems, love working across mediums, and want to build a bold, design-forward brand, this might be your spot. This is an ideal role for a Senior Designer ready to take the next step in their career journey who is comfortable moving between direction and “hands on keyboard” design.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and lead design systems that span digital, retail, and print, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive, elevated, and on-brand.
• Concept and execute marketing materials across multiple channels—think paid ads, social, email, landing pages, in-store displays, and trade kits.
• Collaborate closely with product and brand teams to ensure the visual story carries through across packaging, campaigns, and creative content.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of trends across design, digital, and physical brand experiences—and use them to fuel innovative ideas.
• Own the creative direction from concept to execution—guiding photo/video shoots, refining assets, and making sure every detail hits.
• Continuously improve design processes to keep projects flowing smoothly and the work looking sharp
• Bring a clear creative POV and leadership energy that inspires the team and elevates the work.

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong portfolio showing range across IRL experiences (retail, print, packaging) and digital design (web, email, social, ads); knowledge of packaging is plus!
• A background in CPG, D2C, or lifestyle brands—you're comfortable designing in fast-moving, consumer-focused environments.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma—you know your way around both with ease. Knowledge of Monday is helpful but not essential
• A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on design skill—you can build a vision and roll up your sleeves to make it real.
• Excellent communication and collaboration chops—you work well across teams and know how to present creative ideas clearly.
• A love for brands that show up beautifully everywhere—from Instagram grids to retail shelves—and the desire to keep pushing what’s possible.

• Competitive Salary: A salary range between $120,000 - $130,00, based on experience and qualifications.
