Director of Marketing (Remote)

We’re searching for an exceptional Director of Marketing to drive audience expansion, engagement, and revenue across a thriving art and media business.

You’ll be at the forefront of revenue-generating virtual and in-person events, high-ticket training products, and media-driven marketing, leading a talented team to execute cutting-edge campaigns. If you’re an expert in digital marketing, paid media, email strategy, and sales funnel optimization, this role is designed for you.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive revenue and audience growth.
• Oversee paid media, sales funnels, email marketing, SEO, and digital campaigns.
• Optimize social media and community engagement, leveraging 16M+ YouTube views.
• Manage high-converting event, product, and subscription launches.
• Lead a team of six marketing professionals, ensuring top-tier execution.
• Use analytics tools to track performance, optimize ROI, and refine strategy.

Skills & experience required:

• 7+ years in digital and event marketing, with proven success in revenue-driving strategies.
• Strong experience in paid media, email automation, and direct response marketing.
• Expertise in SEO, analytics tools, and sales funnel optimization.
• Experience marketing virtual events, conferences, or high-ticket training products.
• Excellent leadership, storytelling, and strategic planning skills.

Remuneration: $120,000 + Annual Performance Bonus and benefits package.
