About the Role
We’re seeking a talented and adaptable UI/UX Designer with strong visual design skills and working knowledge of user experience best practices. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and creativity—supporting multiple independent companies operated under a single ownership group.
The initial primary focus of this role will be on the design of internal, web-based operations tools, including platforms for sales, logistics, and workflow management. These tools are essential to day-to-day operations and require clean, functional, and intuitive interfaces to improve team efficiency.
You will also support broader brand and customer-facing projects over time, helping maintain visual and UX consistency across a diverse ecosystem of businesses.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for internal tools such as sales dashboards, logistics platforms, inventory systems, and reporting portals
- Build sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for both internal stakeholders and development teams
- Develop and manage shared design systems that support different business needs and user groups
- Collaborate with company leaders and operational managers to gather requirements and present solutions
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with business goals and user needs
- Apply UX thinking to workflows, error states, and task flows in complex tools
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and testing
- Maintain an organized system for managing assets, updates, and design documentation
