UIUX Designer & Senior Graphic designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer & Senior Graphic Designer based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves designing intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI assets. The designer will create high-quality visual designs such as brand assets, marketing materials, presentations, and digital content that align with COB Solution’s visual identity. Daily tasks include collaborating with product, development, and marketing teams; gathering and translating requirements into design concepts; and refining designs based on feedback and usability principles. The role also includes maintaining and evolving design systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and mentoring team members on design best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills with expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital products and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across platforms.
• Solid understanding of Typography to create clear, accessible, and aesthetically consistent interfaces and layouts.
• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and senior-level graphic design work, preferably including healthcare or B2B solutions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate design decisions clearly, and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with front-end capabilities and constraints (HTML, CSS basics) is a plus, as well as experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
