We’re looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team and focus specifically on creating high-converting ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with our marketing and creative strategy teams to bring products to life through compelling visuals and short-form video content. You'll be responsible for designing static ads, editing UGC-style videos, and building scroll-stopping assets tailored for social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging static image ads and short-form videos for Facebook and Instagram campaigns
- Edit UGC-style videos with captions, animations, and brand overlays
- Collaborate with our performance marketing team to brainstorm and iterate on new ad concepts
- Interpret creative briefs and turn them into multiple ad variations for testing
- Optimize assets based on performance data and feedback
- Stay up to date on social ad trends and what's working in the DTC space
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or brand experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or comparable tools
- Experience creating direct-response ad creatives for paid social, especially Facebook/Instagram
- Strong portfolio showcasing ad design work, especially UGC video edits and static ads
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven iteration and performance feedback
- Familiarity with DTC and eCommerce brands is a big plus
Nice to Have:
- Experience editing content for TikTok or YouTube Shorts
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
- Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and ad creative best practices
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
