POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Salesforce Developer at Coalescence Cloud Consulting, you will serve as a pivotal member of our team, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce development to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. This role combines the responsibilities of a Salesforce Developer with the client-facing aspects of a Salesforce Consultant. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in Salesforce development, adept at delivering custom solutions and mentoring junior resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize your extensive Salesforce development skills to assist in designing and implementing custom solutions for our clients, focusing on APEX code and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
• Develop scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, system compatibility, and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Play a key role in the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, continuously expanding your skills and knowledge to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Serve as a mentor to junior resources, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to foster their growth and development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong proficiency in APEX code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL).
• Proven track record of implementing complex Salesforce solutions, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required, with Platform Developer II certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce products such as: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience CloudExposure to Certinia products preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Previous experience with management software, preferably Jira.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.

$90,000 - $120,000 semi monthly
