POSITION: MIDDLE/SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNER

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Middle / Senior UI/UX Designer (Product Designer) to join a large-scale digital banking project. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences, building and maintaining enterprise Design Systems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web and mobile products.

This role offers an opportunity to work on a large-scale financial platform while leveraging modern AI tools to improve the product design process.

📍 Working Location: District 3, Ho Chi Minh City (Onsite)

Responsibilities

- Product UX/UI Design

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Conduct UX research, create personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for Web and Mobile applications.
• Deliver high-quality UI designs that balance business goals, usability, and visual consistency.
• Work closely with Developers and QA teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Participate in usability testing and continuously improve the user experience based on user feedback and business insights.

- Design System

• Contribute to the design, maintenance, and evolution of a large-scale enterprise Design System.
• Build reusable UI components and design patterns using Figma.
• Ensure consistency between design assets and implementation across products.

- AI & Design Innovation

• Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Figma AI, Midjourney, and similar technologies to enhance UX research, ideation, design workflows, and productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and AI technologies.

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience (Middle) or 5+ years (Senior) as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.

- A strong portfolio showcasing real-world products is mandatory.

- Experience working on Banking, Finance, or Fintech products is highly preferred.

- Candidates with experience in large-scale E-commerce or Retail products are also encouraged to apply.

- Strong proficiency in Figma, including:

• Components
• Variants
• Auto Layout
• Variables
• Interactive Prototyping
• Design Systems

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar).

- Strong understanding of:

• User Experience (UX)
• User Interface Design (UI)
• User Flow
• Information Architecture
• Design Thinking
• Responsive Design

- Hands-on experience building and maintaining enterprise Design Systems.

- Strong product thinking with the ability to translate business goals into user-centered design solutions.

- Familiarity with product metrics such as user retention, conversion rate, engagement, and usability.
