Are you ready to make a real impact on the future of clinical trials? As our Director of Product Marketing, you’ll be the architect of our new product and feature launch success. You’ll own the full product marketing lifecycle—from market research and positioning to launch execution and post-launch optimization. This is a high-impact role that aligns product, professional services, strategy and consulting, and commercial teams to ensure our solutions resonate with the right audiences and drive measurable growth.

This position can be located in Belgium, US or UKJob Requirements
- 8–12+ years in Product Marketing, including leadership experience in B2B SaaS (ideally with complex product suites/platforms)
- Demonstrated success building or scaling a Product Marketing function from early-stage or mid-growth
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional GTM initiatives and enterprise-level product launches
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution ability
- Excellent communicator and influencer across senior stakeholders (Product, Sales, Strategy, Services, C-level)
- Familiar with modern AI tools (e.g. Gong, ChatGPT, Notion AI) and product launch analytics
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement the product launch framework and organizational readiness process across the business.
- Define and evolve positioning, segmentation, and value proposition frameworks for key markets and solutions that resonate with various target personas.
- Partner with Product, Strategy, and Marketing to shape GTM plans and launch calendars for 2–4 major releases per year.
- Build and scale core enablement assets (messaging guides, competitive positioning, customer narratives).
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional alignment around launch planning and post-launch feedback loops.
- Champion the voice of the customer and competitive landscape to inform roadmap and messaging.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, pricing, and positioning. Maintain a dynamic understanding of buyer needs and market trends
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to create and deliver enablement materials—battle cards, pitch decks, case studies, and training content.
- Pilot and scale the use of AI tools to improve speed and insight across content, feedback, and analytics.
- Act as the connective tissue between Product, Professional Services, Strategy and Consulting, and Commercial. Champion the voice of the customer and ensure alignment across team
