About the Role:

Are you passionate about visual storytelling and thrive in the fast-paced world of digital content? Clovr Media is on the lookout for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Graphic Designer to elevate our brand’s visual game across social media and beyond.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our creative and social teams to produce static and animated content that connects with audiences on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and more. If you love turning concepts into compelling visuals and know how to use design and motion to engage and inspire, this is your calling.

Job Description

• Design scroll-stopping static and animated social media creatives for various platforms.
• Create motion graphics and short-form videos that drive engagement and tell stories.
• Support with quick-turnaround visuals while staying true to brand tone and identity.
• Design offline and digital collateral: banners, ads, flexes, etc.
• Contribute ideas to make our content more interactive, relevant, and fun.
• Keep a close eye on design trends, especially in social-first and motion content.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus point.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar field preffered
• 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital design (agency or in-house).
• A portfolio that speaks volumes—social media content, motion graphics, digital creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Bonus if you know your way around Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Comfort with both digital-first and offline collateral design.
• A strong sense of layout, color, typography, and detail.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and bring creativity under pressure.
• Team spirit with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
