Role: Marketing Specialist
Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Location: Any CS PH Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Tarlac/Pampanga/Cebu/Davao
Schedule: Night shift
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities on driving online marketing efforts, online campaigns, social media, email marketing, blogs, influencer management, brand recognition awareness to promote e-commerce products sales and store traffic.
- Secondary responsibilities on supporting key retailer accounts on marketing programs via online communications.
- Ability to create marketing assets on brand. Marketing assets such as email campaigns, reels, videos, digital files to launch successful online marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing campaigns on all online and social media platforms.
- Execute marketing and business activities, projects, directions, and visions set by management
- Ability to drive product revenues from online marketing campaigns.
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Utilize social media, email marketing, external marketplace websites and other technology resources to launch marketing programs
- Ad hoc and special projects as assigned
- Responsibilities can be changed from time to time as the business develops and changes
Qualification and requirements (non-negotiable):
- 5 years (or less) of experiences in marketing, products sales, or business development in retail industry,
- Proven ability to execute marketing activities, online campaigns, e-commerce platforms
- Ability to conduct research online.
- Adaptable with creative ways to drive up brand awareness and online marketing campaigns.
- In-depth experiences in adobe creative suites and other design software for marketing asset creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner, able to take direction with minimum supervision
- Can-do attitude with entrepreneur spirits; have a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads and demands,
- Ability to work independently, applying solid judgment and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, adaptable and team player who collaborates well with others
- Diplomatic with outstanding professionalism, able to represent the company.
- Resourceful, accountable, and dependable
- Ideal candidate has experiences to work in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up work environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office; tech savvy
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or business administration required
- Willing to work client's US time zone, Pacific Time, 8am or 9am PST Start time.
