Job Summary :

We are looking for an AI Developer to design, develop, and integrate AI-driven backend services that support our CloudSeals AI Agent Platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building AI models with TensorFlow, implementing real-time data processing with FastAPI and Kafka, and ensuring explainability and compliance with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and the EU AI Act. You will collaborate with frontend and DevSecOps teams to integrate AI capabilities into a modern dashboard and multi-cloud environment. Key Responsibilities AI Model Development: Design and implement AI models using TensorFlow to support autonomous cloud operations, such as resource optimization and predictive maintenance. Develop digital twin simulations to model cloud infrastructure behavior before live deployment. Implement explainability frameworks (e.g., SHAP, LIME) to provide transparent AI decision-making processes. Backend Development: Build and maintain AI-driven backend services using FastAPI for high-performance APIs and Kafka for real-time data streaming. Integrate AI models with the CloudSeals dashboard to provide actionable insights and decision outputs. Enable secure communication for AI agents across AWS, GCP, and Azure using standardized protocols (e.g., MCAP). Compliance & Ethics: Embed compliance checks for GDPR, HIPAA, and EU AI Act into AI pipelines and decision-making processes. Implement human-in-the-loop workflows and feedback loops to refine AI models based on human input and performance outcomes.

Collaboration: Work with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of AI outputs into the dashboard UI. Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to deploy AI models in multi-cloud environments with tools like Kubernetes and Docker. Document AI models, APIs, and explainability processes for transparency and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills:

Proficiency in TensorFlow for building and deploying AI models. Experience with FastAPI for developing high-performance APIs and Kafka for real-time data processing. Strong knowledge of AI explainability frameworks (e.g., SHAP, LIME) and digital twin concepts. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and protocols like MCAP for multi-cloud agent communication. Experience integrating AI models with web applications or dashboards. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, and EU AI Act compliance requirements for AI systems. Ability to implement compliance checks within AI pipelines. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with frontend and DevSecOps teams. Ability to document complex AI systems clearly and concisely. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-7 years of experience in AI development, with at least 2 years focused on AI-driven backend systems. Proven experience deploying AI models in production, preferably in cloud environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning for model training and deployment. Familiarity with multi-cloud agent communication protocols (e.g., MCAP). Knowledge of reinforcement learning or feedback loop mechanisms for AI agent improvement.
