Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who blends creative intuition with structured design thinking to craft seamless, elegant digital experiences. In this role, you’ll lead design initiatives from concept to execution, working closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to shape interfaces that are as functional as they are delightful.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for intuitive, user-centered interfaces
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into clear visual stories
• Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistency across products

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience for web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Framer
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and interaction design
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of real-world product design work
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience working in agile or startup environments is a plus
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates to code is a bonus
