Responsibilities

• Develop natural language processing (NLP) models for voice recognition and interactive systems
• Build predictive AI models for financial forecasting and cash flow optimization
• Design, train, and fine-tune ML models that deliver real-time, actionable insights
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into production systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on NLP and deep learning
• Strong Python skills, and proficiency with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face and large language models
• Track record of building AI systems with user-facing applications
• Strong understanding of model evaluation, bias, and real-world performance trade-offs
