As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Lead Generation & Marketing Executive to support business development through outbound prospecting, appointment setting, CRM management, database enrichment, marketing campaigns, and newsletter coordination.
Role Description
We are seeking a Lead Generation & Marketing Executive to support Cloudek’s business development activities by identifying prospects, making outbound calls, booking appointments for Account Managers, and maintaining accurate CRM data.
The role will also support marketing campaigns, newsletter updates, and database enrichment. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, be confident speaking with prospective customers, and be comfortable working across both lead generation and marketing support activities. The candidate must be available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM AEST.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Cloudek’s services and generate interest
• Qualify leads and book appointments for Account Managers based on defined criteria
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn to improve conversion rates
• Identify target accounts, decision makers, and build prospect lists aligned to business priorities
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead, account, and activity information
• Perform database enrichment, contact research, segmentation, and data cleansing
• Support execution of marketing campaigns including email outreach and targeted initiatives
• Coordinate and update newsletters and customer communications
• Track all outreach activity, lead status, and appointments booked within the CRM
• Work closely with Account Managers to support pipeline generation and meeting outcomes
• Assist in improving outreach messaging, campaign effectiveness, and lead generation processes
• Maintain clear documentation of activities, campaign inputs, and engagement tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications:]
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or marketing support roles
• Proven ability to conduct outbound sales calls and secure qualified appointments
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
• Good understanding of B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline support
• Experience with email outreach, campaigns, and basic marketing activities
• Ability to research accounts and identify relevant decision makers
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• High attention to detail and structured approach to activity tracking
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM AEST
