Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Junior UI/UX Designer to support the design of both our digital products and marketing materials. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to create seamless, user-friendly experiences for our customers across all touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both product design and brand-focused design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Design:
• Assist in designing intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for our digital products (web and mobile).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-centric designs.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
• Ensure designs are consistent with our product’s design system and guidelines.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Participate in design critiques and offer constructive feedback to other team members.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and design tools to continually improve the design process.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance work may be considered).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design process, including any projects related to product or marketing design.
• Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in designing for Dashboards & Websites.
• Familiarity with design systems and UI kits. (not mandatory)
• Experience in motion design or animations.
• Understanding of user research methodologies.
