Role Overview
We are looking for a Tooling Engineer to design, develop, and maintain software tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our support team and broader organization. In this role, you will work closely with support engineers and other teams to identify pain points, automate repetitive tasks, and improve workflows through custom-built tools. Your contributions will directly improve productivity, service quality, and operational performance.
