Responsibilities
As a Product Designer, you will work on a complex B2B SaaS product, focusing on system design, usability, and consistency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and improving data-heavy interfaces (tables, lists, filters, search, saved views, bulk actions)
- Working on complex workflows and system interactions
- Designing end-to-end user flows, including different states (loading, empty, error, no access)
- Contributing to and evolving the design system
- Conducting user research and usability testing
- Translating product and technical requirements into clear UX solutions
- Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Participating in product discussions and helping shape design direction
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS or enterprise products
- Strong experience designing data-heavy interfaces (tables, filters, dashboards, admin panels)
- Experience designing complex systems and workflows
- Understanding of UX architecture (entities, IA/navigation, patterns)
- Experience working on end-to-end product flows
Languages:
- Russian C1 (mandatory)
- English B2+
Nice to have
- Experience designing builders / configurable interfaces
(query builder, filter builder, dashboard builder, rule/policy systems)
- Experience with cloud / DevOps / infrastructure tools
- Understanding of RBAC, permissions, multi-tenant systems
- STEM background (IT / engineering / math)
- Experience with design systems / pattern libraries
