UI/UX Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX Designer role based in Puducherry. The UI/UX Designer will translate business and user requirements into intuitive interfaces by creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications. The role involves building interactive prototypes, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to refine user journeys, and ensuring design consistency across products. The designer will conduct user experience reviews, gather and analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize usability and accessibility. Day-to-day work includes preparing design assets for handoff to front-end development teams, participating in design critiques, and maintaining design systems and guidelines.
Qualifications

• Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED) and user journey mapping.
• Proficiency in visual design and mockups, using modern design tools to create clean, consistent interfaces.
• Experience with interactive prototyping to validate concepts and communicate design decisions.
• Basic understanding of front-end development principles to ensure designs are feasible and implementation-ready.
• Comfort working with AI-driven or data-rich products, with attention to clarity and usability.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate design rationale clearly.
• Relevant academic background in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX work for digital products; experience in enterprise or B2B solutions is an advantage.
