Overview
We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and self-motivated Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable growth. In this fully remote role, you’ll manage everything from SEO and paid media to social content and CRM automation—working cross-functionally to align campaigns with business goals and evolving industry trends. Applicants must be willing to work standard US Eastern Time business hours.
Job Objectives

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts support broader business objectives
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Create and manage full-funnel marketing plans including SEO/SEM, email, social, and display
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities
- Define strategic positioning, key messaging, and value propositions for products or services
- Work closely with Sales and other departments to prioritize target market segments and optimize lead generation efforts
- Monitor marketing KPIs, generate performance reports, and adjust strategies based on ROI and business outcomes
SEO & Content Marketing
- Develop and execute both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and domain authority
- Use tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush to audit performance, research keywords, and uncover link-building opportunities
- Be a data-driven operator who can filter junk from gold in backlink sources and SEO tactics
- Plan and create high-converting content including blogs, videos, case studies, webinars, eBooks, and landing pages
- Maintain websites using WordPress and manage email campaigns via CRM tools like Odoo or HubSpot
Paid Media & Campaign Management
- Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Run A/B tests, conversion experiments, and funnel optimization to maximize ROI
- Track and improve campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Metricool, and Facebook Ads Manager
Social Media Strategy
- Create and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to grow and engage online communities
- Develop engaging platform-specific content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Implement targeted ad campaigns to reach the right audience and drive quality traffic and leads
- Analyze metrics and generate reports to assess social media impact and improve results
Process Optimization & Best Practices
- Evaluate and improve marketing workflows, tools, and reporting structures
- Stay ahead of evolving trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Document playbooks and internal knowledge to support efficiency and scalability
- Provide thought leadership and actively recommend innovative tools, tactics, and platforms
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a track record of success across channels
- Fluent in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and CRM tools (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Metricool, and social ad platforms
- Strong analytical and project management skills with a data-informed approach to decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn growth tools (Sales Navigator, Expandi), HTML/CSS knowledge
