Job Title: Software Engineer – Databricks, React, Power Apps

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Databricks, React, and Microsoft Power Apps, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining data-driven applications that support business operations and compliance in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using React and Power Apps.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Databricks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Document technical designs, processes, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in or with the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong proficiency in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks, etc.).
• Solid experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in pharma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Power BI, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Knowledge of clinical or commercial pharma data workflows.
• Agile/Scrum development experience.
