Senior Marketing Product Manager, Connectivity

Position Overview
My client is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Marketing Product Manager, Connectivity to lead downstream marketing initiatives for our cloud-based connectivity solutions supporting hospital asset tracking and connected medical device ecosystems. This role will drive market adoption, positioning, commercialization, and customer engagement for connectivity offerings that integrate capital medical devices, hospital IT systems, and clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Downstream Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies for connectivity and SaaS platform solutions within acute care and hospital environments.
- Drive market adoption through targeted campaigns and strategic customer engagement initiatives.
Connectivity & Healthcare IT Expertise
- Translate complex healthcare IT integrations and workflows into clear customer value propositions.
- Support initiatives involving interoperability, device connectivity, and integration with hospital IT ecosystems.
- Understand and communicate how connectivity solutions improve operational efficiency, equipment utilization, compliance, and patient care.
Hospital Workflow & Customer Insights
- Develop deep expertise in hospital operational workflows, including clinical engineering, biomedical services, nursing operations, supply chain, and IT departments.
- Gather and synthesize voice-of-customer insights to influence product positioning and future roadmap decisions.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify market trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
Capital Device & Healthcare Technology Marketing
- Support marketing efforts for connectivity solutions tied to capital medical devices and enterprise healthcare technology platforms.
- Collaborate with strategic partners and device manufacturers to enhance joint value propositions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to align commercialization plans with product roadmap priorities.
- Enable sales teams with training, messaging, and tools to effectively position connectivity solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, downstream marketing, or marketing product management within healthcare technology or SaaS.
- Strong experience with:

- Cloud-based connectivity platforms

- SaaS or connected healthcare technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with asset tracking, RTLS, IoT, or connected medical device ecosystems.
