At Clinical Partners, one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health services, people often come to us at moments of uncertainty — searching for answers, clarity and support. The way they discover, research and choose services has a direct impact on how quickly they get the help they need. As demand for mental health and neurodevelopmental support continues to grow, so does the importance of reaching people with the right message, at the right time, through the right channels.

We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to play a central role in how we attract, inform and convert consumers across this journey. This is a high‑impact role for someone who understands how people make decisions about their health, and who can translate that understanding into marketing activity that drives meaningful engagement, high‑quality leads and sustainable revenue growth.

You’ll shape how Clinical Partners shows up across search, paid media, SEO and digital experience — ensuring our marketing reflects real consumer behaviour, real questions and real motivations. By combining data, insight and channel expertise, you’ll help ensure we are visible, relevant and compelling at every stage of the research and decision‑making process.

This is a primarily home‑based role with occasional travel to London for meetings and team collaboration

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of how consumers research and choose mental health services, and ensure marketing reflects their real questions and motivations.
  • Develop full‑funnel media strategies and continuously optimise paid search, paid social and SEO to drive high‑quality demand.
  • Own performance across PPC, SEO and key acquisition channels, ensuring campaigns align with consumer intent and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
  • Improve digital progression by refining messaging, landing pages and user experience to support confident decision‑making.
  • Connect marketing activity to commercial results, monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities for growth and investment.
  • Manage external agencies to ensure accountability, performance and alignment with consumer behaviour and business priorities.

Requirements

  • You’re a commercially focused performance marketer with strong experience in PPC and SEO, and a deep interest in how consumers make decisions. You bring:
  • Experience developing acquisition strategies aligned to consumer behaviour
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance data
  • Experience managing agencies and performance partners
  • Ability to link marketing activity to commercial outcomes
  • A collaborative approach and experience working across digital, marketing and operational teams
  • Comfort challenging assumptions and proposing improvements
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • You’re curious, action‑oriented and motivated by delivering measurable impact.

Remuneration And Benefits

  • £60,000 - £70,000 annual salary
  • 25 days paid holiday (increasing with service to 28 days) plus bank holidays.
  • A day off for your birthday.
  • Healthcare Cash Plan
  • Benefits Platform
  • Life Assurance
  • Discount Vouchers
  • Flexible working opportunities to suit your personal needs
  • Opportunities to take part in charitable events
  • Access to a Wellbeing portal and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
