About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing a broad range of marketing activities with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, design coordination, and project management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects independently, and the confidence to collaborate with both internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage, create and execute organic social media post schedule - drafting copy & creating engaging visual creatives
- Draft and execute internal/external electronic communications.
- Maintain and update the company website via WordPress.
- Use Salesforce to manage website leads and develop targeted digital marketing communications.
Design & Creative Coordination
- Work with external graphic designers to update existing marketing forms, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with creative and advertising agencies on campaigns, collateral, and branding initiatives.
- Provide guidance on design and messaging consistency.
Public Relations Involvement
- Liaise with the PR agency on media releases and opinion pieces, providing editorial guidance and feedback.
- Help maintain an active and engaging PR pipeline
Events & Launches
- Organise events including venue booking, invitations, guest lists, and logistics.
- Manage marketing support for new product/project launches independently.
Compliance & Governance
- Oversee compliance review processes for all marketing documents and materials.
- Ensure adherence to company compliance guidelines and procedures.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with digital focus.
- Bachelors in Marketing/ business
- Experience in Insurance & financial services
- Strong skills in copywriting and content development.
- Experience using Salesforce and WordPress.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics
- Knowledge of event management and agency coordination.
- Graphic design literacy (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
