We are seeking a Marketing Campaigns Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, analyzing campaign performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has proven practical experience in managing successful marketing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing campaign strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create engaging content, including copy, visuals, and promotional materials, tailored to target audiences.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Utilize digital platforms such as X, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, as well as email, paid ads, and traditional channels to enhance reach and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, or CRM software, and prepare detailed reports.
• Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools/technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign management.
• The candidate must have in-depth knowledge and proven practical experience in executing successful marketing campaigns across all major advertising platforms, including X, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, achieving significant results (e.g., notable increases in sales, engagement, or brand awareness).
• Must possess a wide range of skills, including strategic planning, content writing, digital analytics using Google Analytics, data analysis using Microsoft Excel, report preparation, project management, and basic design.
• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, or similar) with hands-on experience managing campaigns on X, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in performance tracking and report preparation using tools like Excel and Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages (preferred).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with A/B testing and SEO/SEM strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with current social media trends on platforms like X, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, as well as influencer marketing and multi-channel campaign management.
• Additional technical skills such as advanced data analysis using Excel or BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
