We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager in Digital Marketing to join our ambitious team. You'll play a key role in driving our growth by closing new deals across SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Website Development services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record of sales in digital marketing
• Strong consultative sales ability and a hunger for success
• A clear understanding and confidence in selling of SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct discovery calls, assess prospect needs, and close deals
• Understand client pain points and propose tailored marketing solutions
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets, contract value, and client fit
• Use Gohighlevel CRM daily to manage pipeline and follow-up touchpoints
• Attend Zoom discovery, proposal, and closing calls
