About the Role
The role involves managing Google Grants to ensure compliance and optimize our online presence to drive donations and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Grant Compliance: Maintain Google’s strict 5% minimum account click-through rate (CTR) and quality score requirements to keep the grant active.
- Keyword Research & Ad Copy: Find high-intent search terms related to your non-profit’s cause and write compelling, high-converting copy to "sell" your programs, volunteer opportunities, or donation pages.
- Landing Page Optimization: Work to ensure the website pages that the ads link to are persuasive, easy to navigate, and clearly drive user action.
- Analytics Tracking: Set up Google Analytics (GA4) conversion tracking to measure how many donations, sign-ups, or inquiries are directly generated by the Google Grant.
Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification (specifically in Search Ads).
- Experience navigating the specific rules and limitations of the Google for Nonprofits program.
Required Skills
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on direct-response marketing (getting people to take action immediately).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with non-profit fundraising techniques.
