About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer who thrives in the JavaScript ecosystem—especially with the MERN stack and Next.js. You'll be leading end-to-end development of modern, scalable web applications while integrating deeply with cloud environments like AWS and GCP.

As a senior engineer, you’ll take ownership of architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to critical systems that power our products. If you are passionate about building performant full-stack applications in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, and Next.js
• Architect scalable backend services with RESTful or GraphQL APIs
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS and/or GCP
• Optimize performance and scalability for both frontend and backend systems
• Lead code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, PMs, and stakeholders to ship high-quality products
• Deploy and manage applications using modern tools like Vercel, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full-stack web development
• Strong command of MERN Stack and Next.js framework
• Proven experience working with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Solid understanding of application architecture, data modeling, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Git, testing frameworks, and containerization (Docker)
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated mindset for remote work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Twilio for communication workflows
• Familiarity with SendGrid for email services
• Experience deploying and optimizing apps on Vercel
• Exposure to TypeScript, TailwindCSS, or other modern frontend tooling
