About The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Brand Designer who will help elevate our brand, with a focus on web & digital touchpoints.

✨ In this role, you'll create the visual content that lives within our website frameworks, while also supporting social and broader brand initiatives. You'll bring a strong understanding of design systems and cohesive branding, paired with a passion for creative storytelling and thoughtful execution — always curious about the “Why?” behind the work ✨

Collaboration is core to this role, as you’ll work closely with other creative partners, contributing your perspective, refining ideas together, and helping shape a brand that resonates clearly and meaningfully.

This is a role for someone comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and helping build structure as the team continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Design to create responsive website designs, landing pages, digital campaign experiences, and digital assets across desktop and mobile.
• Develop and evolve modular design systems, UI components, templates, and digital style guidelines.
• Translate brand ideas into intuitive digital experiences that bring together visual design, UX, UI, accessibility, motion, content, and development considerations.
• Generate strong digital concepts rooted in both brand and user experience, and communicate them clearly through design and presentation.
• Refine UX and UI frameworks to create consistent, elegant experiences across devices and breakpoints.
• Present work with a clear articulation of the design rationale and collaborate closely with product designers, developers, and stakeholders through implementation.

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level experience either; In-house at a fast-paced, high-growth tech company, and/or, Studio experience from renowned agencies such as Collins, Uncommon, JKR, Pentagram (or hands-on experience at small, high-impact studios)
• Demonstrate a strong portfolio of web and digital design work that showcases your craft.
• A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn, iterate, and improve continuously.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a DIY, roll-up-your-sleeves culture, while maintaining high design standards.
• User-obsessed approach, ensuring design decisions are informed by audience needs.
• Ability to lead by example, elevating the design output of the entire team.
• Fluent in the language of product design, bridging brand and product experiences seamlessly.

Compensation range

• United States: $78,000 - $130,000 gross annually*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
