ClearSale is a locally owned real estate investment company that for 24 years has specialized in buying, fixing up, selling, and wholesaling over 2500 houses across the Front Range. We help people get where they need to go by buying houses from sellers who cannot or do not want to sell on the MLS.

You will work in a results-driven environment where marketing and sales directly impact company performance. We are in a period of optimization and refinement, actively implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to bring structure and efficiency to our operations.
Position Summary
We’re looking for a Head of Revenue based in Metro Denver to lead and execute across both Sales and Marketing. This isn’t a high-level, slide-deck-only role—it’s a player-coach seat for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, generate leads, close deals, and gradually build the systems and team to scale.
You’ll own the full revenue engine: from marketing strategy and lead generation to pipeline conversion and sales management. In this seat, we need someone who’s comfortable wearing multiple hats, working with limited resources, and taking action daily to move the needle.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Number: You’ll be responsible for top-line revenue growth—both through new acquisitions and improving lead-to-close conversion.
- Generate & Optimize Leads: Drive new lead generation efforts in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and our marketing team. Oversee strategy, performance, and testing of campaigns (PPC, direct mail, social, etc.).
- Close Deals Yourself: This role will actively work the sales pipeline—you’re not just leading, you’re producing.
- Coach & Develop the Sales Team: Set expectations, create individual scorecards, and help AEs improve through structure, feedback, and accountability.
- Fix & Build the Funnel: Redesign the sales process and messaging to better align with ClearSale’s evolving value prop. Clean up what’s broken and create a repeatable system.
- Track What Matters: Define and report on the right metrics across both teams. Eliminate guesswork, increase visibility.
- Align Across Departments: Work closely with Operations, Disposition, and Construction to ensure inventory and sales timing stay aligned.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work directly with the COO and CEO to align growth strategy with company objectives.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Assess and audit existing sales/marketing efforts and team performance
- Drive the creation and implementation of new lead gen experiments (PPC, social, email, direct mail, etc.) in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and marketing team
- Close at least 5 deals personally
- Implement at least 3 measurable improvements to pipeline and lead tracking
- Establish clear individual scorecards for all sales roles
What We’re Looking For
- Metro Denver Resident (Required): Occasional in-person collaboration with the leadership team is expected.
- Builder’s Mindset: You’ve built or rebuilt revenue functions before, especially in small companies or scrappy environments.
- Hands-On Sales Experience: You’re not afraid to work leads, pitch in person, and close your own deals.
- Marketing Fluency: You understand how lead gen works, and you’ve led or collaborated on campaigns that move the needle—PPC, digital, direct mail, etc.
- Leadership with Hustle: You can motivate, coach, and hold people accountable—while also getting things done yourself.
- Real Estate or Investment Experience (Strong Plus): You understand how real estate investing, wholesaling, and direct-to-seller sales work—or you can learn quickly.
- Data-Driven: You use numbers to drive decisions, set priorities, and track results.
- EOS Familiarity (Nice to Have): Bonus if you’ve worked in an EOS-run company or used EOS tools like scorecards, rocks, or L10s.
- Proven Experience Over Credentials: We care more about your track record of generating revenue and leading teams than degrees. If you’ve built or led high-performing sales and marketing functions—regardless of your educational background—we want to talk.
