The Opportunity
As our Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to expand our user base and drive engagement for our AI products. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a fast-growing company at the forefront of AI innovation.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., paid social, search, content, email, partnerships, app store optimization).
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign performance and user journeys.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure a cohesive user experience and integrated growth initiatives.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the effectiveness of growth efforts.
What you'll bring:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, specifically within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or technology/SaaS environment. Experience with AI products is a significant plus.
- Proven success in developing and executing scalable user acquisition and retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions.
- Proficiency with various marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Solid understanding of SEO, ASO, content marketing, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in an autonomous, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
