We’re launching a new venture in the travel-tech space — a smart, mobile-first product designed to make seasonal travel radically simpler and more personalized. Backed by traction from a previous travel business (400k+ users), we’re now building a new brand from zero. We’re looking for a Founding Marketing Director to lead everything from go-to-market to global expansion.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Leadership
- Define and lead the full go-to-market strategy from MVP to international scale
- Develop a clear channel mix, growth plan, and brand narrative aligned with business goals
- Act as a strategic advisor to the founder — not just a doer, but a thought partner
2. Performance & Growth
- Lead the SEO strategy (technical + content) to build long-term organic traffic
- Design and run paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Launch and scale influencer and affiliate programs across EU/US markets
- Build lead-generation funnels, referral programs, and conversion experiments
- Track performance KPIs and optimize with GA4, Looker, and other tools
3. Brand & Content
- Create and evolve the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity
- Oversee content across channels: blog, newsletter, social, PR
- Manage or recruit creatives (copywriters, designers, editors)
- Lead PR outreach and secure media features in lifestyle, travel, and tech outlets
4. Product-Led Growth
- Collaborate with product to align messaging, UX, and feature launches
- Launch retention flows (email, WhatsApp, push notifications)
- Experiment with early platform-based growth loops (wishlists, invites, gamification)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-haves:
- 6–10 years of experience in digital-first B2C brands (travel, lifestyle, marketplaces, etc.)
- Proven success launching or scaling a product from early stage to traction
- Expertise in SEO, paid media, PR, and influencer/community marketing
- Strong brand and copy instincts — you know what makes people click and care
- Full-funnel ownership experience, including budget/P&L management
- Solid data literacy: GA4, attribution modeling, A/B testing frameworks
- Fluent English, both in strategy and execution-level writing
Nice-to-haves:
- Background in travel, seasonal services, booking platforms, or e-commerce
- Experience launching international campaigns (Europe/North America)
- Knowledge of booking UX, dynamic pricing, or AI-driven personalization
- Experience as part of an early-stage or founding startup team
- Russian language
