Clarivate is seeking a dynamic Senior Customer Marketing & Enablement Manager to support our Intellectual Property division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic customer engagement and empowering adoption across the IP Management Software portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of customer marketing and go-to-market enablement, owning the programs, content and tools that support adoption and ongoing use of our solutions. You will define how we tell our story and deliver our value—shaping product narratives, customer stories and lifecycle experiences that bring our capabilities to life.

About The Team The Clarivate IP marketing team partners closely with product, sales, and marketing to advance the category strategy and key go-to-market initiatives. Together, we help our customers make faster, more informed decisions for building, protecting, and commercializing innovation. As part of the broader marketing organization, we collaborate closely with industry, demand, and field marketing colleagues to deliver compelling narratives that support solution selling.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time permanent position based remotely in Boston, MA. This position may require occasional business travel. This position requires a working schedule Monday – Friday with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
Compensation - US Only
The expected base salary for this position is $112,000 - $145,000 USD per year. This role is eligible for bonus earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
