Senior Java Developer/Lead

Job Summary
At Clarium, we are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developers/Lead to join our onsite team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Java, Angular, and microservices, with specific experience in the Harmony framework and UI development. As a Senior Developer/Lead, you will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and be innovative in proposing technical ideas.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.
• Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Angular and microservices architecture.
• Experience with the Harmony framework and UI development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to poke around and find solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to enable and drive projects forward.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
