About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting user research and creating polished visual designs of Clarity’s software platform, leveraging years of experience creating intuitive user experiences. You will work directly with the key stakeholders as you define the standards, styles and guidelines to be implemented.

We are looking for someone who wants to lead, create and elevate Clarity’s product, ultimately resulting in happier (and more secure!) customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of our users’ mindset and motivations

• Conduct user research to create user flows & journeys

• Create wireframes or other low-fidelity prototypes as warranted

• Produce high-fidelity mockups & prototypes in Figma (or a tool of your choosing)

• Share learnings and collaborate with Product team throughout the design process

• Collaborate with the Engineering team through to implementation

• Expand and refine the style guide and component library for the application

• Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

• Share your knowledge and decisions across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, graphic design, interaction design or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience designing software applications

• Demonstrated experience leading a UI/UX department or team

• Ability to clearly and concisely articulate and present design rationale, solutions, and processes to diverse audiences including colleagues, stakeholders, and executives

• Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for grasping product requirements

• Knowledge of current UI/UX trends and platforms coupled with curiosity to learn further

• Bonus: Experience in Cyber Security, IT, or HR software industries

Compensation & Benefits
