As a Product Designer, you'll design 0-1 products across the healthcare revenue cycle, turning complex operational workflows into intuitive digital products. You'll work with design, product, and engineering to uncover problems and shape experiences that power Clarity RCM's next generation of products for patients, clinic staff, clients and RCM experts.
You'll work on a wide range of experiences - from operational dashboards and payment workflows to AI-powered tools and practice-facing experiences related to revenue cycle management. Some projects will require deep systems thinking, while others will demand strong visual intuition and attention to detail.
This is not a role focused on producing screens in isolation. You'll be expected to contribute to product discussions, challenge assumptions, simplify complexity, and collaborate closely with engineering from concept through implementation.
We're looking for designers who can think in systems while maintaining a high bar for visual quality.
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Your Expertise
Research & Problem Discovery
You're comfortable talking to users, understanding workflows, identifying root causes, and uncovering insights that lead to better products. You know that the quality of a design is often determined by the quality of the problem definition that precedes it.
Strong Visual Design Skills
You have a strong eye for typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, color, and composition. You care about the details that make products feel intuitive and trustworthy. Your portfolio demonstrates taste, restraint, and a high level of polish.
Systems Thinking
You understand that great products are built from coherent systems rather than individual screens. You're comfortable creating reusable patterns, component libraries, and scalable design foundations that improve consistency across a product ecosystem.
Product Judgment
You ask questions, challenge assumptions, and think critically about user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. You know when to push for refinement and when to prioritize progress.
Collaboration
You enjoy working closely with engineers and product partners. You can explain your reasoning, participate in healthy debate, and incorporate feedback without becoming attached to a specific solution.
Curiosity
You're excited by unfamiliar problems and new technologies. You actively seek opportunities to improve your craft and are interested in how AI is changing the way products are designed and built.
We believe AI will fundamentally change how software is designed and built.
We expect designers to use AI tools to accelerate repetitive tasks, generate variations, document decisions, explore concepts, and improve execution speed. We encourage experimentation with tools such as Claude and emerging design technologies.
At the same time, we believe the most valuable parts of design remain deeply human.
Understanding users. Developing taste. Making trade-offs. Challenging assumptions. Building conviction. Having thoughtful discussions about what should exist in the first place.
AI can help us move faster, but it cannot replace judgment. We're looking for designers who understand both sides of that equation.
