Job Roles And Responsibilities

Helping drive complex technical projects from planning through execution.
Experimenting with new technologies and creating prototypes for the development teams.
Empowering distributed and remote development teams with framework implementations, knowledge sharing, and sustainable practices.
Leading the development and adoption of strategy, frameworks, best practices, and patterns for the software development organization.
Nurturing engineers to think with architecture and design best practices in mind, including aspects such as performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
Promoting and driving innovation in technologies, processes, and tools.
Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.

REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, And Training)

You are well-versed in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous improvement. Specifically, you have expertise in:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
8+ years of full-stack development experience, including 2+ years in a Principal/Lead role.
Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs.
Frontend: React.js or Next.js; experience in developing responsive UIs.
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or OCI for hosting, storage, and serverless architecture.
Security: oAuth2, SAML.
Architectural Design: Strong foundation in cloud-native, creational, and behavioral patterns.
DevOps tools: CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
Experience integrating AI-driven tools like ChatGPT or Gemini for conversational interfaces is a plus.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $140-150K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
