JOB SUMMARY: Incumbent will formulate and define specifications for the most complex operating software programming applications, to work as part of a team with influence across a larger organization
Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Research, construct, develop, and test complex computer application software or systems
- Analyze users' needs and design software as necessary.
- Maintain complex computer applications software and systems
- Evaluate new and existing software to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance; identify candidate hardware systems and components.
- Perform Technical Review of requirements, Analyze source data and provide gap analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects as assigned and interact with all areas of the organization to achieve timely results
- Consult with customers on project status and advise customer about technical issues
- Provider technical leadership to the team and act as mentor to junior team members.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, And Training)
- Must have 7+ years of full stack designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA is requred. Basic Understanding of the concepts of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Pattern, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), and RESTful web services. Must have a track record of writing efficient, testable, and reusable code. 3+ years of Front end React expertise area a must.
- Must have experience implementing & managing Azure API Management for securing and monitoring APIs. Experience with Markup Languages such as XML, JSON is highly preferred.
- Experience deploying applications in Cloud. OCI strongly preferred. experience with Azure, AWS, GCP will be considered. Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes and Functions, API Gateway.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Must be able to quickly attain and understand new processes with strict attention to detail.
- Capacity to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, be able to manage priorities, and be able to work at the highest technical level through all phases of SDLC.
- Ability to analyze data and arrive at a logical conclusion.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.
- Ability to evaluate production situations and current information to determine the appropriate course of action and execute decisions.
- Ability to mentor new and junior developers.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, related fields or equivalent experience needed.
The salary range for this position is $150K to $155K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
